Lady Velia - City of Heroes

Concept came from a character I made using Palladium way back when.

The game I played at the time was to see how many different Palladium books I could use to make one character.


This one used....TMNT....the time travel book of TMNT....Ninjas and Superspies and Mystic China

She was essentially a raptor mutated into humanoid form by time travel and raised by a family in the time of King Arthur before being ripped out of the picture before she could save Camelot...

yep...complex/complicated past....I made her while killing time at a telemarketing place while waiting for calls....lots of time to kill...and wasn't seriously writing yet...
