Okay, so, looking at my sourcebook, the psychic is not human. She looks VERY human, but she's not human. Know how you can tell? When human power manifests, it's green. If a human (or anybody else) engages in High Magic then the power manifestation is either blue (white magic) or red (black magic).

That girl's power is pink.

She's a Lemurian. Now, Lemurians are a species that descended from a mix of human, Demon and God bloodlines. Demi-gods and half-demons that didn't go full Immortal and instead intermarried with others like them. Since they all descend specifically from Gods and Demons with aquatic Domains and Realms, they all tend to have aquatic powers. For example, all of them breathe underwater. Likewise, many of them usually have a...fishier look. Lovecraft wrote about them a couple of times...and, as a result, they now consider "Deep One" to be a racial slur. They'd also likely not find mention of "Dagon" or "Cthulhu" amusing.

As to the winged lady, there are multiple ways to get to that.

Easiest to do, a human Talent that produces wings (either always, shapeshifted or manifested) and armed with magical arms and armor. However, the power discharge is wrong color.

Though, hmmm. She could be a sidhe, they're close enough related to humans to develop Talents like wings and their life-force is a cream color....
